We bought this as new and when it arrived the tags just fell off…so maybe not so new. Tags aside, on the bottom right the internal bungee cinch is MIA. Does anyone even use those? Whatevs…this retails for $160 so $75 seems more than reasonable!

If you find an additional freckle or pulled thread we do not consider that grounds for return; if there is an issue that impacts the item's performance that was not noticed/disclosed we can either further discount or allow a return.
